Delivery, Returns and International Shipments

Delivery 

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via Courier/SpeedPost/Registered post, with tracking.

If you prefer delivery by a specific carrier, so please contact us for the same before placing your order.

Shipping fees includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. 

Items are packed very securely to avoid any damage, still if the package arrives damaged, please do not accept it and if you notice the damage after 

accepting and opening the package, inform us at the earliest by email to govindastore@yahoo.com or use the contact us form for returns / refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unshipped cancelled orders will be promptly refunded, for shipped items, please refuse courier/post and your payment will be refunded once the item arrives to our store.

We try our best to meet your expectations.  In case any you are not satisfied with our products we can provide a refund upon returns.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
